Think about it, we all need to eat every day, so why not eat food that will make you more beautiful? There are foods that can aggravate skin conditions like acne and there are foods that can enhance it. Here are some great foods for great skin.

darkDark Chocolate

Chocolate lovers rejoice! Dark chocolate is rich in anti-oxidants which is really great in fighting early signs of ageing. It also has fatty acids and flavanoids that help promote glowing skin. For best results choose a chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. A couple of squares everyday should be enough to give you great results.

These tasty vegetables can be eaten raw or cooked. It contains 100% of your daily Vitamin C needs. It contains lots of carotenoids for preventing the appearance of wrinkles and it can also help with blood circulation to make skin look youthful.

It’s not actually a food but it is a beverage that is rich in anti-oxidants. Green tea is known to release catechins which have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. Drinking green tea can also help relax the body and ward off stress.
